I don't really use this

BUT. I don't wanna do my apush hw, so I'm gonna post something....
Hm, I guess I can put up random pics from my trip.

I had some chocolate non-caffenated concoction of some sort in a Dunkin Donuts, after being drenched in the intermitten rain (sonagi) after coming out of the glasses store and taking a walk through Jagalchi. It was good. I was horrified at the price of the drink, however, even though it pretty much cost the same in the U.S., probably. I was just expecting the dirt-cheap prices that used to be there when I left Korea. Damn IMF and exchange rates, you screwed me over again!

The b-e-a-utiful island of Namhae, where I stayed at this really ugly but interesting sports hotel. My dad's friend owned a house here, so we went to a lot of restaurants, got a decent tour, and I got to see a seafood auction, even though the weather was bad. Also, I saw this art gallery place and we passed by places where, according to the taxi driver who drove us around, "Fantasy Couple", a popular Korean drama, was filmed.

At the art gallery's gift shop, I found this lovely coconut piggy bank! It's the year of the pig, so a lot of pig-themed souveniers were being sold. I wanted to buy one- it wasn't even that expensive!- but I was afraid that it was gonna break between all the luggage, so I couldn't. I still can't let go. Piggy~

Finally, because I'm too damn lazy, this is a picture I took when I went to Koba BBQ (I think?) when I visited my cousin in Seoul. They were really pushing the tortillas on us. The tortilla wasn't big enough and it wasn't the best I've tasted, but it was good enough. The salsa was much like pickled radish from jjajangmyun-jib and added no heat. However, I found that the grilled beef, a spoon of the faux-salsa, and a piece of kimchi made the right combination! Yay~ The warm chewy tortilla and the crunchy spicy kimchi- who knew it would make such a great taste?
